Ingredients
- 10 ripe mission figs, halved
- 10 oz seedless grapes
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 ½ tbsp extra virgin olive oil (divided)
- 2 tbsp honey (divided)
- 1 block Greek feta cheese
- ½ to 1 tsp Aleppo pepper
- Fresh thyme sprigs for garnish
- Baguette slices for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F.
- On a baking sheet, combine figs and grapes. Toss with balsamic vinegar, 2 tablespoons olive oil, and half of the honey. Bake for 8 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and place feta on top. Drizzle with remaining olive oil, honey, and sprinkle Aleppo pepper. Add thyme around the feta.
- Return to oven for another 15 minutes until grapes burst and figs are jammy.
- Serve warm with toasted baguette slices.
