Ingredients

- 4 cups Yukon gold potatoes (cubed)

Instructions
- Preheat the Blackstone grill to medium heat with a thin layer of oil.
- Cook diced Yukon gold potatoes on one side for about 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Meanwhile, cook bacon strips on the other side for approximately 5 minutes per side until crispy; set aside.
- Flip the potatoes and add cubed chicken seasoned with salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and ranch seasoning to the grill. Cook chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side until fully cooked.
