  • 4 cups Yukon gold potatoes (cubed)

  • 23 tbsp ranch seasoning
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Blackstone grill to medium heat with a thin layer of oil.
  2. Cook diced Yukon gold potatoes on one side for about 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  3. Meanwhile, cook bacon strips on the other side for approximately 5 minutes per side until crispy; set aside.
  4. Flip the potatoes and add cubed chicken seasoned with salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and ranch seasoning to the grill. Cook chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side until fully cooked.
  5. Combine chicken and potatoes on the grill; top with shredded cheddar cheese and crispy bacon. Cook until cheese melts, then serve hot.
