- 2/3 cup granulated sugar (divided)
- 2/3 cup unsalted butter (melted and cooled)
- 2 cups blueberries
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoons lemon zest

- Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C). Grease an 8-inch square dish and line it with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine flour, oats, and sugar. Stir in melted butter until mixed.
- Reserve one-third of the mixture for crumbles, then spread the remaining two-thirds into the prepared dish.
