  • ½ cup red bell pepper (seeded and diced)
  • ½ small onion (finely diced)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, relish, sugar, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Cover and refrigerate.
  2. Boil the bow tie pasta until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta with diced ham, cheddar cheese, onions, peas, and red bell pepper.
  4. Pour in the dressing and toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
