  • 500 grams lean beef mince
  • 23 medium potatoes
  • 1 ½ teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Cheese (dairy-free or regular)
  • Pickle slices
  • Mayonnaise
  • Ketchup
  • Mustard
  • Pickle juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
  2. Wash and cut potatoes into chips; dry them and toss with olive oil and half of the spice mix.
  3. Spread chips on a baking tray and bake for 30–40 minutes until crispy.
  4. In a frying pan, cook the beef mince with remaining spice mix until browned.
  5. Combine sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
  6. Assemble bowls: layer potato chips, lettuce, beef, cheese, pickles, and drizzle with sauce.
