Ingredients
- 4 chicken apple sausages
- 24 oz baby potato medley
- 1 cup baby carrots
- 2 small or 1 large broccoli crown
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Chop potatoes and broccoli into bite-sized pieces; slice chicken sausage.
- Toss potatoes and carrots with 2 tbsp olive oil and seasonings. Spread on a large sheet pan; roast for 20 minutes.
- Mix broccoli with remaining olive oil and seasonings; add to the sheet pan after the first roast.
- Push veggies aside and add sausage; roast everything together for an additional 20 minutes.
- Drizzle maple syrup over the dish, mix gently, and roast for another 10 minutes.
- Serve hot straight from the pan.
