  • 4 chicken apple sausages
  • 24 oz baby potato medley
  • 1 cup baby carrots
  • 2 small or 1 large broccoli crown
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Chop potatoes and broccoli into bite-sized pieces; slice chicken sausage.
  3. Toss potatoes and carrots with 2 tbsp olive oil and seasonings. Spread on a large sheet pan; roast for 20 minutes.
  4. Mix broccoli with remaining olive oil and seasonings; add to the sheet pan after the first roast.
  5. Push veggies aside and add sausage; roast everything together for an additional 20 minutes.
  6. Drizzle maple syrup over the dish, mix gently, and roast for another 10 minutes.
  7. Serve hot straight from the pan.
