  • 6 strips of bacon
  • 2 small boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups uncooked rotini pasta
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing seasoning mix
  • 2 cups half-and-half

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon in a large skillet over low heat until crispy. Set aside and reserve drippings.
  2. Season sliced chicken breasts with salt, pepper, onion powder, and Italian seasoning. Sear in the reserved drippings until golden brown and cooked through. Cube the chicken once rested.
  3. Boil rotini pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic. Add flour, stirring continuously before slowly adding half-and-half to form a smooth sauce. Stir in ranch seasoning mix and cheddar cheese until melted.
