Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cloves garlic
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- Season sliced chicken with salt and pepper.

- Stir in butter until melted; return chicken to the skillet and coat in sauce.
- For the rice, combine rice, chicken broth, and minced garlic in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer for 15–20 minutes.
- Once rice is cooked, stir in Parmesan cheese; season to taste.
