Ingredients
- 16 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 2½ cups cooked shredded chicken
- 6 tablespoons salted butter (melted)
- 12 ounces cooked bacon (crumbled)
- 12 count package sweet Hawaiian rolls
- 2½ cups mild shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 ounce ranch dressing mix
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick spray.
- In a heavy-bottom stock pot over medium heat, melt the cream cheese.
- Stir in ranch seasoning, onion powder, and black pepper until well combined.
- Add shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, green onions, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese; mix thoroughly.
- Place bottom halves of rolls in the baking dish and spread the chicken mixture evenly on top.
