Description

Ingredients

  • 12 slices cooked bacon (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 cup green onions (chopped)
  • 1 jalapeño (finely diced)
  • 1/2 cup Ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ranch dressing by mixing mayonnaise, sour cream, whole milk, buttermilk, onion powder, minced garlic, lemon juice, fresh dill, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  2. In another bowl, combine sweet corn, chopped bacon, green onions, jalapeño, lime juice, garlic powder, and cheddar cheese.
  3. Pour the prepared dressing over the salad ingredients and stir gently until well combined.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
