Ingredients
- 2 pounds shrimp (peeled and deveined)

- â…“ cup sour cream

Instructions

- Bring a pot of water to boil and cook shrimp for 2 to 3 minutes until pink.
- Prepare an ice water bath while shrimp cook. Transfer shrimp to the bath immediately after cooking to cool.
- Drain shrimp, chop into bite-sized pieces, and mix with cucumber, green onions, and dressing in a bowl until evenly coated.
