  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 3/4 cup water (as per seasoning instructions)
  • 1/2 cup salsa con queso
  • 3 (8-inch) flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Spray an 8-inch round baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
  3. Add taco seasoning and water to the skillet, mixing well according to packet instructions.
  4. Stir in salsa con queso until fully combined.
  5. In the prepared pan, layer one flour tortilla on the bottom, followed by one-third of the meat mixture and one-third of the shredded cheese. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and edges are golden.
