  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 slices bread (sourdough, whole wheat, or white)
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 cups shredded Gruyère cheese
  • 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese

Instructions
