Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a 9×5 loaf pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
  3. In a mixing bowl, puree the bananas until smooth and whisk in melted butter, eggs, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, combine gluten-free flour, almond flour, protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
