  • 5 cups pretzels
  • 3 cups cheese crackers
  • 2 cups oyster crackers
  • 4.5 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 ounce ranch seasoning powder
  • 2 teaspoons mustard powder
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan
  • 1/2 tablespoon dried parsley flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F and line a large rimmed jelly roll sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In an extra-large mixing bowl, combine the rice cereal, peanuts (or cashews), pretzels, cheese crackers, and oyster crackers. Toss gently to mix.
  3. Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl and pour it over the cracker mixture.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the ranch seasoning, mustard powder, parmesan, and parsley. Sprinkle this over the cracker mix and toss until evenly coated.
  5. Spread the mixture onto the prepared jelly roll sheet and bake for 30 minutes, tossing halfway through for even crispiness.
