- 3/4 cup granulated sugar

- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Zest of 1/2 lemon
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 – 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp seedless raspberry jam
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Zest of 1/2 lemon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8×8 square pan with non-stick spray or parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix softened butter, granulated sugar, eggs, lemon juice, salt, and lemon zest until smooth.
- Stir in all-purpose flour until just combined, then gently fold in the fresh raspberries.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for approximately 25 minutes until edges are golden and center is set. Cool in the pan.
- For the glaze, whisk together powdered sugar, raspberry jam, lemon juice, and lemon zest until smooth. Spread over cooled bars.
