Ingredients
- 1 pound bacon
- 1 medium white onion (diced)
- 4 cans pork and beans (14-ounce cans)
- ¼ cup ketchup
- ½ cup BBQ sauce
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a large frying pan over medium-high heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove from heat, chop into pieces, and set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté the diced onion until tender, about 5 minutes.
- Add ketchup, BBQ sauce, brown sugar, yellow mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and chopped bacon to the onions. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Drain excess liquid from the pork and beans and combine them with the sauce mixture in the baking dish. Stir well.
- Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes; then uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
