  • ½ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 14 ounces sirloin (cut into 1-inch cubes)
  • 2 cups whole grape tomatoes
  • ⅓ cup olive oil
  • pounds baby potatoes
  • Fresh rosemary

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, mustard, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Add cubed steak and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
  3. In another bowl, combine grape tomatoes with olive oil and chopped rosemary; set aside.
  4. Boil baby potatoes in water until fork-tender (about 8–10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  5. Assemble the kebabs by alternating potato pieces, marinated steak cubes, and tomatoes on skewers.
  6. Grill kebabs for about 5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
