- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 14 ounces sirloin (cut into 1-inch cubes)
- 2 cups whole grape tomatoes
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- 1½ pounds baby potatoes
- Fresh rosemary
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water.
- In a large bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, mustard, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Add cubed steak and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
- In another bowl, combine grape tomatoes with olive oil and chopped rosemary; set aside.
- Boil baby potatoes in water until fork-tender (about 8–10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
- Assemble the kebabs by alternating potato pieces, marinated steak cubes, and tomatoes on skewers.
- Grill kebabs for about 5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
