  • ½ cup salted butter (melted)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons strawberry gelatin
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • ¼ cup salted butter (softened)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • Heavy cream (1 to 2 tablespoons)
  • 20 Golden Oreos
  • Additional 4 tablespoons strawberry gelatin
  • Additional 4 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line an 8×8-inch glass baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, eggs, strawberry cake mix, and strawberry gelatin until smooth.
  3. Spread the batter into the prepared dish and bake for about 25 minutes. Cool completely.
  4. For the frosting, beat together softened cream cheese, softened butter, vanilla extract, powdered sugar, and heavy cream until fluffy.
  5. Frost the cooled brownies evenly.
  6. In a food processor, crush Golden Oreos into crumbs; combine with remaining strawberry gelatin and melted butter.
  7. Sprinkle Oreo mixture over the frosting and gently press down.
  8. Cut into squares and serve.
