Ingredients
- 48–60 frozen tater tots
- 3/4 cup freshly shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450ºF and spray muffin pan with cooking spray.
- Place 2-3 tater tots in mini muffin cups or 4-5 in regular-sized cups.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then press down with a greased shot glass to form cups.
