  • 2 tsp baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F. Pour the first can of peaches with juice into a 9×13 baking dish; drain and add only the peaches from the second can.
  2. Mix the melted butter, salt, lemon juice, sugar, and vanilla with the peaches until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the peach layer.
