Ingredients

  • 3 cups watermelon (cubed)
  • 3/4 cup coconut yogurt
  • 5 kiwis (cubed)

Instructions

  1. Blend cubed watermelon until smooth.
  2. Pour the puree into popsicle molds and freeze for 3 hours.
  3. Add a layer of coconut yogurt on top of the frozen watermelon layer and freeze for an additional 1.5 hours.
  4. Blend cubed kiwis until smooth and pour over the yogurt layer.
  5. Freeze for an additional 6 hours or until fully solid.
